What happens to your laundry
A professional wash and fold service is about more than just putting clothes in a machine. Every item in your order is individually inspected, identified and cleaned the right way. Here is what our process looks like from the moment we collect to the moment we deliver.
Collection from your door
Book a pickup slot in the app and a driver collects your laundry from your address — in a bag, a basket, however it comes. No sorting needed on your end.
Itemising & logging
At our facility, every piece of clothing is logged individually against your order. You see the full list and its cost in the app before cleaning begins.
Care-label washing
Each item is washed at the temperature and with the method specified on its care label. We do not put everything on one hot cycle — every item is treated correctly.
Folding & delivery
Once clean, your laundry is neatly folded and packed. Your driver delivers it back to your door within 48 hours. Collection and delivery are always free.
