Dry cleaning questions, answered
What is the difference between dry cleaning and laundry?
Laundry is washed in water — everyday clothes, bedding and towels. Dry cleaning uses a solvent instead of water, which is what tailored and delicate items need: suits, coats, lined jackets, silk and most eveningwear. We follow whichever the care label on the item calls for.
Do you iron, or only wash?
Ironing and pressing are part of the service, not an extra. An item that should be pressed comes back pressed, and an item that should be folded comes back folded. There is no separate ironing-only price because there is no separate ironing-only service — the care label decides what each item gets.
Can you dry clean a suit and wash shirts in the same order?
Yes. One collection covers both. Each item is priced individually — dry cleaning for the garments that need it, washing for the rest — so you are never charged the higher rate for something that did not need it.
How do I know what I will be charged?
Every item is identified and logged against your order with its own price before any cleaning starts, and you see the full list before payment is taken.
Do you charge for collection and delivery?
No. Collection and delivery are free on every order, with no minimum. You pay only for the items we clean, at the prices shown before cleaning begins.
Which areas do you cover?
Epsom, Leatherhead, Ashtead, Ewell and Fetcham, across KT17, KT18, KT19, KT21 and KT22. Enter your postcode when you book and we will confirm straight away.
Everything else we clean
One collection can carry all of it — there is no separate booking for laundry and dry cleaning, and every item is priced on the same published list.
