You book a collection slot
Choose a collection time on the site or in the app. We cover Epsom, Leatherhead, Ashtead, Ewell and Fetcham — Monday to Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
Driver collects from your door
A driver arrives at your chosen time and collects your laundry. Hand it over however it is — there is no need to sort, count or bag items in any particular way.
Every item is logged at our facility
At our facility, every piece of clothing is individually identified and logged to your order in the app. You can see exactly what was collected and what each item will cost before cleaning starts.
Professional cleaning to care labels
We clean every item according to its individual care label — not all on one setting. Your delicates, your shirts and your everyday wear each go through what their own label asks for.
Delivered back, neatly folded
From 48 hours after collection, a driver returns your clean, folded laundry to your door in the delivery slot you chose, at no charge.

One collection covers laundry and dry cleaning together, bulky bedding included — though a duvet or a pair of lined curtains takes longer than the 48 hours above, and we confirm its return date once it is logged. Every item is priced on the published list before any cleaning starts. If you have not used one before, here is what happens at each step.

How much do collection and delivery cost?
Nothing. Collection and delivery are free on every order, with no minimum order and no service fee — you pay only for the items we clean, at the prices on our list.
How do I choose a collection time?
When you book, on the site or in the app, enter your postcode and pick one of the two-hour collection slots open to your address.
Do I need to sort or count my laundry?
No. Hand it over however it is — mixed, unsorted, bagged or loose. Every item is identified, counted and logged against your order at our facility.
How will I know what I am charged?
Every item is logged with its price from our published list, and you see the full breakdown before any payment is taken.
Can I change my delivery slot after booking?
Yes, at any point before the order is out for delivery. Open the order, choose Edit and pick a new date and time.
How long does it take?
Garments come back from 48 hours after collection. Duvets, bulky bedding and lined curtains take longer, and we confirm their return date once they are logged.
