Every item has its own published price, the same in every town we cover. Collection and delivery are free, and there is no service fee on top. The items we clean most often are priced on this page, and the full list is on our pricing page.
Can laundry and dry cleaning go in one collection?
Yes. One collection carries both. Each item is washed or dry cleaned the way its care label says and priced on its own, so nothing is charged the dry-cleaning price when it only needed washing.
How long does it take?
Garments come back from 48 hours after collection. Duvets, bulky bedding and lined curtains take longer, and we confirm their return date once they are logged.
Can I approve the charges before I pay?
Yes. Switch on "Hold order for my approval" in your preferences and we email you once your items are counted and priced. Nothing is charged until you approve; if it has not been approved by your delivery time, we approve it for you so the delivery is not held up.
Can I set up regular collections?
Yes — weekly, fortnightly or every four weeks. Once it is set up, each collection and delivery happens without a new booking, and you can pause or cancel the schedule at any time.
